Who we are
This policy is issued by Goo Studio, which publishes on Google Play under the developer name GO-ONLINE ("we", "us"). We are the controller of any personal data described below.
- Website: goostudio.top
- Google Play developer page: GO-ONLINE
- Contact: support@goostudio.top
What this covers
Every mobile game we publish on Google Play (each an "App"), plus this website. It does not cover other companies' services, stores or websites that you might reach through a link in one of our Apps. Those run under their own policies.
What we collect
Our Apps are built to work without an account, so the list below describes the most that could be processed. Any individual App usually processes less than this, and the Data Safety section of its Play listing is the authoritative statement for that title.
Data that stays on your device
Progress, completed levels, scores, sound and display settings, and in-game currency balances are written to local storage on the phone. None of it is sent to us, and uninstalling the App removes it.
Crash and diagnostic data
When an App crashes, a report may be generated containing the device model, operating system version, App version, language and region, an anonymous stack trace, and the time it happened. We use these only to find and fix the fault.
Usage events
Some titles record aggregated, non-identifying events such as a level being started or finished, or how long a session lasted. This is how we learn which levels are too hard and which features nobody opens.
Advertising identifiers
In ad-supported titles, our advertising partners may process the Google Advertising ID — a resettable identifier you control — along with coarse technical signals, in order to select and measure ads. Section 8 goes into this in more detail.
Anything you send us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. It is used to answer you and nothing else.
| Data | Purpose | Leaves the device? |
|---|---|---|
| Progress and settings | Saving your game | No |
| Crash reports | Fixing faults | Yes, where enabled |
| Aggregated usage events | Improving the game | Yes, where enabled |
| Advertising ID | Serving and measuring ads | Yes, in ad-supported titles |
| Purchase token | Unlocking what you bought | Handled by Google Play |
| Support email | Replying to you | Sent by you |
What we never collect
None of our Apps ask for, store or transmit:
- Your name, postal address, phone number or date of birth
- Login credentials, since there is nothing to log in to
- GPS or other precise location
- Contacts, calendar entries, call logs or messages
- Photos, video, camera input or microphone audio
- Health, biometric or financial account information
- Card numbers. Google Play handles payment and your card details never reach us
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we have no relationship with any data broker.
Why we use it
- Running the App and keeping your progress intact
- Investigating crashes, bugs and attempts to abuse the game
- Understanding aggregate usage well enough to design better levels
- Showing and measuring advertising in the titles that carry it
- Delivering and restoring in-app purchases
- Answering your support and privacy mail
- Meeting legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service
Nothing we collect feeds an automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Legal bases in the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR requires us to name a legal basis for each purpose:
- Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f), for keeping the App stable and secure and for understanding usage in aggregate.
- Performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b), for providing the App itself and delivering purchases under our Terms of Service.
- Consent, Article 6(1)(a), for personalised advertising and optional analytics, requested in the App and withdrawable at any time.
- Legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c), for tax and accounting records and for lawful requests from authorities.
Companies we rely on
We use a deliberately short list of established providers. Each operates under its own policy and, where the law requires it, as our processor.
| Provider | Role | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google LLC (Google Play) | Distribution, billing, crash reporting | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Aggregated usage analytics, where enabled | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Advertising in ad-supported titles | support.google.com/admob |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and security for this website | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
Beyond these, we may disclose information where a law, court order or valid government request compels it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property or those of our users. If the business is ever sold or merged, data may transfer to the buyer under the same commitments set out here.
Advertising and identifiers
Some of our titles are paid for by advertising. Ad partners may use the Google Advertising ID and coarse technical signals to choose which ads to show, to measure whether they worked, and to avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly.
You control this on the device itself. On Android, open Settings, then Google, then All services, then Ads, where you can delete your advertising ID outright or turn off ads personalisation. Where the law requires consent, we ask before serving personalised ads and offer a non-personalised alternative.
Opting out does not remove advertising. It only makes what you see less targeted.
Purchases
In-app purchases go entirely through Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase token so the App knows to unlock your item. We never see or store payment card details. Refunds follow Google Play's policy and section 6 of our Terms of Service.
How long we keep things
- Data on your device stays until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it.
- Crash and diagnostic reports are generally held for up to 90 days.
- Aggregated analytics are held in aggregate form for up to 14 months.
- Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
- Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Data leaving your country
Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where data moves out of the EEA or the UK, it is covered by appropriate safeguards, normally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, we use reputable infrastructure providers, and access to the little data we hold is restricted to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant regulator wherever the law requires it.
Children
Our games suit a general audience but are not directed at children under 13, or under the equivalent minimum age where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Titles enrolled in Google Play's Families programme are configured to meet COPPA and Google's Families Policy, which among other things means non-personalised advertising only.
For parents. If you think a child has given us personal data, write to support@goostudio.top and we will delete it. It is also worth turning on purchase authentication in the Play Store, which stops unintended in-app purchases.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to processing we base on legitimate interests
- Receive your data in a portable form
- Withdraw consent at any point, without affecting what was done beforehand
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. For completeness: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA and CPRA define those terms
To use any of these, email support@goostudio.top with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We reply within 30 days and may need to ask for something that verifies the request came from you. Exercising a right will never lead to worse treatment in our games.
Anyone in the EEA or UK may also complain to their national data protection authority.
Device permissions
We request the fewest permissions that will let a game function, normally just network access for ads, analytics or purchase validation, and vibration for haptic feedback. Android asks you before granting anything sensitive, and you can withdraw a permission at any time under Settings, then Apps, then the App name, then Permissions.
This website
goostudio.top is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are short-lived and are not used to build a profile of you.
Revisions
We update this policy when our Apps or the law change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current text. Anything material will be flagged on this page and, where it matters, inside the App. Continuing to use an App after a revision means you accept it.
